Scoil Ruáin provides a vibrant, enjoyable and beneficial Transition Year Programme. Transition Year allows our students to mature, gain confidence and develop a wide range of skills, particularly in social awareness, whilst continuing to engage with school and academic life. Transition Year students in Scoil Ruáin engage with many activities and programmes, such as the annual Delphi trip, building their own school Bank, the school musical, participating in the Gaisce President’s Awards, running their own tuck shop, and gaining valuable life skills through work experience.
