Hurling

Hurling Scoil Ruáin’s U17 hurlers had a great win over Nenagh College in the first round of the Fitzgerald Shield last Monday in Gortnahoe.  Leading by 5 points at half time against the wind they went on to win comprehensively.  They now play Coláiste Phobail Roscrea in the preliminary quarter final after the mid-term break.
