Scoil Ruain , playing against a strong wind in the first half, manged to pull the score back to five points to three at half time. The second half started well for Scoil Ruain as they scored three well worked points leaving the scores at six points apiece. Hazelwood College then went on to get two goals in quick succession which put them ahead by six points with less than twenty minutes remaining.
