Our 2nd year girls were victorious today against Presentation Ballingarry and are the South East ‘B’ Basketball Final winners.
It was a tough contest with only a basket or two between the teams at any stage in the first three quarters. Our girls dug deep in the last quarter and finished the game on a score of 24-14.
The top scorers were Niamh Hayes and Siobhan O’Hanlon with 8 points a piece.
Congratulations to all the girls involved, Mr. O’Regan and Rebecca Hayden.
The girls will now progress to the All-Ireland Play-Offs.
