Today’s morning visit was to the Mother House of Mother Teresa of Kolkata which was serene and peaceful followed by a very gentle visit to SIC Male Crisis Unit where the Hope visitors were invited to try to beat the super disc flickers on the board. Needless to say we are not as talented as these boys are. After lunch we headed for Deshkinapan, a market place where we purchased our saris and kurtas. Our final visit for today was to Ashar Alo which is Hope’s original protection home for girls up to 18 years. These young ladies danced and sang. We saw their talent at Art and above all their love of friendship and conversation. No one really wanted to leave when it was time to go. A varied day with many lasting impressions for all.
